Our Services

Four practices. One team.

Tax, accounting, consulting, and the planning that decides what an owner keeps — delivered by the same people from year to year.

Tax

Business, individual, state and local, and cross-border compliance and planning.

Accounting & Assurance

Monthly close, payroll, and books clean enough for a bank, an audit, or a buyer.

Consulting

Entity structuring, cost segregation, R&D credits, and the decisions that shape an owner’s return.

Estate, Trust & Succession

The tax modelling, valuations, and filings behind an estate plan and a business handoff.

Industries We Serve

Depth in a few sectors, not a menu of everything.

We know these industries because we work in them every week — the vocabulary, the reporting, and the traps.

Real Estate & Construction

Developers, general contractors, and investment-property owners. WIP schedules, percentage-of-completion, and 1031 exchanges.

Small & Mid-Size Private Companies

Owner-operators and family businesses with W-2s, K-1s, and books that need to talk to each other cleanly at year-end.

Manufacturing & Distribution

Inventory costing, multi-state nexus, and equipment depreciation for producers and distributors shipping across state lines.

Retail & Wholesale

Sales tax compliance across jurisdictions, margin and inventory reporting, and cash flow through seasonal peaks and troughs.

Why Firms Stay

Our average clienthas been here seven years.

That number is the whole argument. Staff turnover is what costs you money at an accounting firm — someone new relearns your business every year, misses what the last person knew, and asks you the same questions in March. Ten people, twenty-eight years, and very little churn means the person who closed your books last year is closing them this year.

  • Ten people on staff — enough depth to cover an audit, a valuation, and a filing deadline in the same week.
  • Four industries we work in constantly, not eight we list on a page.
  • Direct access to the partner on your engagement. Not a portal and a ticket queue.

Client Voices

In the words of the businesses we work with.

We’ve been with Joel for close to fifteen years and it’s always the same people on our file. I don’t re-explain our business every March, and when something comes up mid-year I email him directly and hear back the same day.
David P.Owner, Coastal Supply Co.Client since 2011
Our previous CPA missed a Florida sales-tax exposure that would have cost us six figures in penalties. Joel’s team caught it in the first quarter we worked with them, and they’ve been flagging things before they become problems ever since.
Sarah M.President, Palmetto FabricationClient since 2014
When we were closing on a warehouse last year I needed cost-segregation guidance on forty-eight hours’ notice. Joel got on the phone with me and our attorney the next morning. That kind of partner-level access is rare at any firm, let alone one this size.
Michael R.Managing Partner, Bayside ContractorsClient since 2018

Our Office

Our office.

We work from a single office — not a floor of a tower downtown. Meetings happen here, at your place of business, or over video, whichever fits the work. Most of our clients are in South Florida, though we work with businesses across the state — accounting doesn’t require being in the same room.
